The post operates seven days a week. Trail riding during daylight hours only.
We welcome and can usually handle impromptu trail riding excursions, but it is always best to call ahead.
Advance reservations of at least 48 hours will be required for parties in excess of 4 riders.
Full-day and half-day itineraries are available and planned on a case-by-case basis.
All ages are welcome. Trail rides are tailored to equestrian skills. Reasonably priced horse riding lessons are available.
Rates
All Rates are per person per hour.
All trail riding packages include basic safety instruction at no additional charge.
Ranch tours including petting zoo (general admission) is ten dollars per person, per day.
Group rates are negotiable in advance.

- Payment for services is due in advance and will only be refundable at the discretion of the trail guide or instructor.
- Riders will wear proper protective clothing and gear, as prescribed by the trail guide/instructor. People who refuse this requirement will not be allowed to ride.
- Dogs
- Our dogs may occasionally accompany us on the trail.
- Yours WILL NOT accompany you.
- No exceptions
- Do not even ask.
- The trail guide/instructor is the sole authority regarding whether a person may or may not ride or continue to ride.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Riders agree to obey the guide/instructor at all times for their safety and the safety of the horses.
- Anyone who breaks the rules may be dismissed from the trail ride at any time, and may be required to walk back.
- Riders agree and understand that there are inherent risks to participants and observers involved in all activities with equine animals due to the propensity of an equine animal to kick, bite, shy, buck, stumble, bolt, rear, trample, be unpredictable or collide with other animals, objects or persons.
New Mexico state law provides that no person, corporation or partnership is liable for personal injuries to or for the death of a rider (or other participant) that may occur as a result of the behavior of equine animals while engaged in any equine activities, and that the rider (or other participant) agrees to engage in the equine activity at his own risk.

All riders will be required to sign a waiver stating their understanding of this law prior to beginning the trail ride or lesson.
